After purchasing Hawkridge in 2020, Caterra set her sights to join her team as a licensed professional. She graduated from AB Tech here in Asheville, finding a profound passion in deep tissue and compressive therapy massage techniques. Her primary focus in the future will be trauma healing through integrative massage.

A native Ashevillian, Melody is a graduate of AB Tech’s Clinical Massage Therapy program.  She is also certified in Medicupping ™ and Vacuum Therapy. She lived for many years in Colorado and California, and it was there she began her esoteric education in energetic healing modalities, culminating in energetic body study and Reiki Teacher.

She has been a Reiki practitioner for over 10 years and has been a teacher for 5.  She is compassionate and empathetic massage and bodywork therapist who loves to help people.  Her primary focus is intuitive integrative massage and bodywork, utilizing a variety of modalities including Vacuum Therapy to achieve a deeply relaxing and therapeutic session that is uniquely tailored to each individual client.  With presence and intention, she seeks to help you foster your connection to your body and its inherent wisdom and wellness.

Diane spent her early days as a legal secretary and then administrator of her husband’s veterinary hospital in Arden.  In her spare time through those years, she took time out to study and practice the healing arts, including Reiki, the emotional and health applications of essential oils, Clinical Massage Therapy, and is currently in training to be certified in craniosacral therapy.  She is delighted to be working full time with those who desire assistance in addressing their pain, stress, fatigue, anxiety and sleep issues through integrative massage techniques which guide their body and mind to a place where they can be calm, peaceful, rested and clear minded.

Jackie moved to Asheville in 2020 and rekindled her relationship and love for the healing arts and holistic modalities. She graduated from the Clinical Massage Program at AB Tech and is now looking forward to expanding her education. She is very passionate about the healing power of touch, and the psychological effects of massage. Her focus is to hold a safe space for others to connect to their body and the emotions/trauma that muscles store. She works with clients to achieve their goals with a nurturing touch, deep compressions, and fluidity to connect the whole body.

Erin is a native of Appalachia, a skilled Massage Therapist, Bodyworker, and Reiki Practitioner. Erin often combines techniques from several massage modalities, including Swedish, Thai Massage, and Myofascial Release, to create an integrative massage experience. Her approach to bodywork is unconventional, intuitive, and fully catered to the physical, emotional, and energetic needs of the individual she is working with. With bodywork, she sometimes uses tools as keys to unlock the body and create space to facilitate healing. Erin listens to the body in a literal and energetic way to help ignite the healing process.
